Pet Policy: 2 pet maximum permitted per apartment. Max weight of dogs is 60 lbs.

$300 initial pet fee (1-time charge) = $250 non-refundable fee/$150 pet deposit (refundable).

$25 pet rent per month, per pet.

Lease Terms: 6-8 month leases are $50 more per month

9-11 month leases are $25 more per month

12-17 month leases require no additional charge.
