studio suite, more commonly called an efficiency apartment is a large 15' x
17' room (it is a one bedroom apartment where the living room and bedroom
are one) with a separate fully equipped kitchen and separate bathroom.
Furniture is available by building at no extra charge (42 E. 13th Ave. and
1615 N. 4th Ave. ONLY). We've remodeled all of these apartments quite
extensively. All apartments have NEW WINDOWS, newer kitchens, newer carpet,
and state-of-the-art heating controls in each apartment (the buildings are
heated by finely tuned hot water boilers, commonly known as one of the best
and most efficient of heating systems). Did we mention ALL UTILITIES ARE
PAID! All apartments are also air-conditioned and there is off-street
parking available at no extra charge plus laundry facilities in each
building. All buildings have also have extensive security lighting,
intercoms and state-of-the-art computerized security systems on all exterior
weather doors and laundry room doors. These are the finest security systems
available on any apartment buildings in the campus area!
These studio suites are absolutely the
cleanest, quietest and safest apartments in the university area.
