| It depends upon the individual preference of the owner. We recommend owners
list their properties 3 months in advance. Some owners may only be able to list
30 days in advance or when they receive notice their existing tenants are

site. What is the best way for me find a property? |

| Keep checking the site as it is updated daily. Find a listing of a property
that interests you even if it is currently available and follow the link in the
ad to see what other properties the owner may have. That link will take you to
that particular owner's individual page where you may find other properties that
owner has that are not posted on the classified page. Contact that owner to
inquire about future availability of a specific property or something you are
looking for. |

I found a place I liked on the site but when I contacted the owner it was
unavailable or I was redirected to another property. Why the bait and switch? |

property. We highly encourage owners to keep their listings current and usually
there really is no financial benefit to them to keep listings that are not
current. Sometimes we may miss removing an ad for a property listed in
multiple sections on our site. Please email us to report any inaccuracies or
unavailable listings on our site that are not clearly marked. |
