neighborhood guide that keeps your company in front of
potential residents even after they leave the computer.
The Columbus Neighborhood Guide showcases 12 of the most
popular neighborhoods in Columbus and highlights our
Featured Owners with a property portfolio in those
areas. As a singular publication produced annually, The
Columbus Neighborhood Guide is a valuable publication
for new residents to Columbus as well as residents who
may not be as familiar with the rich diversity of
neighborhoods across the city. Advertising opportunities
in The Columbus Neighborhood Guide are limited to our
Featured Owners as a client only privilege. Non-real
estate companies are welcome to inquire about
advertising in The Guide. The 2008 volume had a total
distribution of 3000 Guides as an introductory effort.
The 2009 volume will be much more robust in our
sophomoric effort with an anticipated distribution of
over 18,000 copies direct mailed to known rental
addresses in the Columbus metropolitan area.
Distribution is anticipated to begin in February at area
University and College housing fairs and again in May
